Brian Miller’s golf career originated through play and volunteerism at the prestigious 36-hole Summerlea Golf & Country Club, Montreal, PQ. Brian turned professional in 1987 following a successful amateur career as well as Rookie of the year with honours.
His career includes substantive experience at the prestigious 54-hole Glencoe Golf & Country Club and the 27-hole Country Hills Golf Club, in Calgary, AB where enjoyed his role as Head Golf Professional for thirteen years.
Brian played an integral role in helping the Country Hills Golf Club to become a private 36-hole facility. He was also the General Manager & Head Professional at the Brooks Golf Club, Brooks, AB for four years, where he was an active contributor within the community.
A former board member of the Alberta PGA, Brian organized and conducted a round table discussion interacting CPGA Professionals and Members of the Canadian Superintendent’s Association. This seminar was created in an effort to further promote, assist, and educate Members from both of these key industry associations.
Brian and his wife, Jayne, have a grown son, Riley, and daughter, Chelsea, who are currently attending their university studies.
